  Automatic download and analysis of the attachments in each Layer's eLabFTW entry WORKS.

  The entire thing is way slower but whatever. It's a big chain of HTTP requests. The important thing is it works right now. Really needs some testing.

  Also we have a user manual now. All in AsciiDoc baby.

  Checkpoint	v0.1.0

  Last commit before attempting automatic download and analysis of the attachments in each Layer's eLabFTW entry.

  Next commits will inevitably break things for a while since this new feature requires a bit of a rework of main.py's code.
